  • Listen and Learn
    Usually via phone, we take 30 minutes to simply listen and ascertain where you are in the process of marketing your business and how 8TRACKstudios may be able to assist. If you are clear about your desired results, we’ll usually schedule a one hour planning meeting to discuss your next steps. If you are in need of consultation in the area of vision, values, and strategy, we’ll be happy to set up a half or full-day session to help you develop this important foundation.

  • Strategize and Plan
    In our initial face to face meeting, we seek to get as deep into your business as possible. We want to understand your target audience, the position of your business in the marketplace, and your short and long-term goals. Through this process, we’re partnering with you to develop a communications plan. Would it serve you well to re-brand your business? Do you need to launch a new online presence? Are you taking advantage of social networking?

  • Design and Present
    Based on your target audience and market position, the 8TRACKstudios team begins to design the deliverables that your business needs – logo, website, promotional videos, commercial photos, printed materials, and more. Based on your turnaround time, we present the initial comps, and we discuss the underlying strategy of the designs.

  • Revisions
    Based on your feedback and our discussion, we make any needed revisions to the project.

  • Development and Manufacturing
    Once the design has been finalized, the 8TRACKstudios team develops and/or manufactures the deliverable.

  • Delivery
    Ultimately, the project is completed and delivered – on time and on budget.
